We managed P&A Group’s B Corp certification end to end. That meant a gap analysis against the standards, a sequenced project plan, the evidence portfolio, the legal amendment to their articles of association, the topic responses written for the assessment, and direct liaison with B Lab through verification — right to the certification decision.
Throughout, the job was to keep the work moving at a pace the business could absorb, hold the team accountable to the plan, and take the administrative weight off them so they could focus on the substance.
